Mindfulness rooted in the body, is a practice that grounds us in the present moment at any time, with any breath and in any place.

Embodied Mindfulness Coaching and Counseling is an individual and or group approach that identifies and addresses what skillful means of practice would be best applied to the conditions of each individual. Working with current circumstances and root causes, coaching and counseling sessions offer practical, accessible and sane mindfulness practices to work with whatever is arising in ones life or community.

Stress, trauma, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and distractibility are just a few of the conditions embodiment practices address and ease. Our relationship with ourselves and others improves exponentially. Resiliency, self compassion, clarity, emotional intelligence and empathy are a few of the benefits of mindfulness.

Embodied Mindfulness Integration for Therapists

This one on one confidential approach to embodied mindfulness aims to first, support or establish a regular mindfulness practice that is practical for ones life and time. Then, guided by the contemplative psychological philosophy of Buddhism, each individual works to integrate embodied mindfulness into their particular field of professional interest.

Sessions are one hour, available on Face Time, Skype, over the phone or in person in Berkeley, CA.

Weekly Sessions: $90
Bi-monthly sessions: $ 100
Once a month sessions: $115

Student prices: 1/2 the above prices. Can be a current student in any kind of program, and of any age.
